Cardio Camp
Every Wednesday and Saturday from 11:00am -12:00pm
Focusing on the most effective and intense conditioning drills and exercises from Boxing and the martial arts, Saturday Cardio Camp is a fast paced, total-body work out for men and women (ages 12+).
This is not an aerobic kickboxing class, just traditional fitness designed to burn calories, and improve your strength, cardio, coordination, and flexibility the old fashioned way. We use the same techniques that coaches and trainers in gyms all over the world have used to improve the pysique and aerobic ability of their fighters for generations. Circuit training, jump rope, pushups, medicine ball, bag and mitt work, and other old school, time tested conditioning excersises are combined for an intense hour of sweat dripping, muscle burning activity for adults of all fitness levels.
